مدينة المرســـى




LA MARSA



المرسى مدينة ساحلية على ضفاف البحر الأبيض المتوسط تقع على مسافة 25 كيلومترا شمال مدينة تونس, وهي تمثل مع حلق الوادي, الكرم و قرطاج ضاحيتها الشمالية. يبلغ تعداد سكان بلدية المرسى 77890 نسمة يسكن منهم 36234 مدينة المرسى.


تقع مدينة المرسى في أقصى نقطة من شمال ولاية تونس تحدها شمالا ولاية أريانة و جنوبا بلديتا قرطاج و سيدي بو سعيد و غربا ولاية أريانة و حلق الوادي و شرقا البحر الأبيض المتوسط.


و تعتبر المرسى مدينة ساحلية لها شواطئ رملية تمتد على نحو 14 كلم. كما أن للمرسى مرافق سياحية هامة تتطور بنسق كبير من سنة الى أخرى.




كانت مدينة المرسى في عهد محمد باشا ( 1855-1859) مقر إقامة الملوك و البايات.


لقد عرفت مدينة المرسى في العهد الحسيني العديد من الانجازات و خاصة المعمارية حيث شهدت العمارة في العهد الحسيني تطورا هاما.


و تمثلت هذه الانجازات في القصر و بعض المنتزهات ونعني بالقصر قصر السعادة الذي شيد وسط حديقة شاسعة في قلب مدينة المرسى وهو عبارة عن بناية أقيمت سنة 1912 و أقامت به الملكة "للا قمر" و يمسح هذا القصر 3000 م2.


عرف هذا القصر باسم دار التاج حيث يعكس الفن المعماري التقليدي و خاصة من خلال الشبابيك و الأبواب المقوسة.



أهم المعالم التاريخية:


قصر العبدلية :


يعتبر أقدم معلم حفصي بالتراب التونسي و يشهد هذا الفضاء انطلاقة جديدة كمعلم ثقافي وطني و ذلك لإحتضانه العديد من التظاهرات الثقافية و العروض الفنية.


قصر البلدية :


قصر السعادة، و قد أهداه سيادة الرئيس زين العابدين بن علي لبلدية المرسى ليصبح مقرا جديدا لها هذا و قد حافظت البلدية على الطابع المعماري للقصر و تم تخصيص حديقته لمنتزه ترفيهي متميز لفائدة أهالي المنطقة و الوافدين عليها.

هذا كورنيش المدينة و يطل على البحر في منظر جميل




و المرسى هي متنفس لسكان العاصمة تونس فلا تبعد عنها الا 25 كم و تتبع ولاية تونس و تمثل هي و قرطاج و سيدي بوسعيد الضاحية الشمالية للعاصمة تونس .





المرسى مدينة سياحية شهيرة في تونس و تحتوي على عشرات الفنادق
