Nissan Patrol Pickup



The Nissan Patrol pickup is a bakkie manufactured by the Legend Japanese car maker Nissan Motors. It is produced on the platform of the Nissan Patrol and takes on the high technology by Nissan found in the like of the Pathfinder and the Navara. The Patrol brand has been on the market for many decades and has benefitted from technological evolution over the decades, into a genius invention. It adopts the 4-wheel-drive feature on the base Nissan Patrol and is availed in either the short-wheel base or the long-wheel base. The short-wheel base comes in the form of the three-door variant, while the long-wheel-drive takes on the format of the five-door variant. Limited slip differential (LSD) and a shocking 175 liter fuel tank, off-road tyres and 16 inch steel rims and off-road steel bull bar. It has a unique SAFARI package that includes a compatible off-road bull bar, double spotlights, SAFARI snorkel, side steps, 2 off road equipment gloveboxes, triple roll bar, heavy duty rear bumper and double skin rubberized loadbox.
The instrumentation portfolio is one that is among the best in the range. It consists of the fuel and water temperature gauge, the oil pressure and change light, brake light warning, seat-belt warning light, digital clock, 4WD indicator, illuminated power window switch and sediment filter warning lamp. For the safety of the driver and the passengers, you can expect to find side door intrusion bars, halogen headlamps, day/night rear view mirrors, front intermittent wipers, collapside steering column and adjustable headrests.
The interior of the Nissan Patrol bakkie comes with many gadgets that will make your experience with the bakkie quite friendly and comfortable. Features on the list include an antenna, speakers for the sound system, door armrests, 2 cup holders, front buckets, a seating of two adults, central locking, an ashtray for the smoking driver or passengers, coming with the cigarette lighter of course.
