بمجهودات كبيرة من كبير المدربين الكابتن محمد الصميلي قام بانشاء اول فريق اشبال غواصين حر استعراضي بمنطقة تبوك ويعتبر الفريق الاول على مستوى المملكة حيث كانت الفكرة هي انشاء اول نواه تأتي من بعدها فرق استعراضيه اخرى تدعيما للنشئ القادم وزرع للحماس والتنافس فيما بينهم ليجعل انكباب الاشبال على مجال ومفهوم جديد مفيد لهم



وقد اقيم التدريب والحفل لهذا الفريق بمركز الراقي الرياضي بحي الحمراء بمنطقة تبوك وقد حضره اوليا الامور وبعض الضيوف الكرام
