Right! Let's get back to the main topic:
We've put the VK56DE on the patrol and planted the engine sensor in the patrol's transmission housing at the same angle/location where it is found in the Titan's. No response
Read a lot about it and it seems to be impossible to run it with its ECU in another car as it has an anti-theft system. It needs to be programmed with a whole new system from Halltech or MoTec, that would be pricy!
Good news is a TB48DE, instead of my both engines (TB42 + TB45), is being assembled to run it on the rig until we can figure how to run the VK56DE. Any updates will be posted!
The VK56DE project has been canceled: car shipping + custom wiring harness + Haltech 3000 ECU = 5,000+ US $!!!!!
Assembling a TB48DE 4.8L I6 engine with some tunes would be just fine
