السلام عليكم و رحمة الله
اشتريت قبل شهرين تقريبا جهازين قارمن من موقع امازون.
قبل قليل وصلتنى رسالة على الايميل من موقع امازون (مرفقه مع الموضوع),مفادها ان شركة قارمن و بالتعاون مع الادارة الوطنية لسلامة المرور , اكتشفوا خلل في بعض البطاريات المصنعه في تاريخ معين لبعض اجهزة قارمن نوفي و التى قد تسبب الحريق في حال ارتفاع درجة الحرارة.
والاجهزة التى ( يمكن) ان تكون بطارياتها بها خلل هي Nuvi
200W, 250W, 260W and Nuvi 7xx
والذي يملك احد هذه الموديلات يراجع الرابط التالي

واذا وجدت رقم البطارية في الصفحه السابقة يوافق الرقم الموجود في جهازك فانهم يستبدلونها ببطارية جديدة.
وسوف يعلنون عنها في الانترنت والاعلام كما هو مكتوب في موقعهم
الكلام هذا في اميركا ولا اعلم عن السعوديه او غيرها
ومن وجد تطابق الارقام في بطاريته ان يراجع الوكيل في السعوديه او الارسال لشركة قارمن في حالة رفض الوكيل تغيير البطارية.
ولكن احبب ان اطرح الموضوع لان حرارة الشمس بالسعودية تحرق و لسنا بناقصين حرايق بطاريات بعد .

Our records indicate that you have purchased one of the GPS Products listed in this recall through the Amazon.com website.
The recall involves: Nuvi 200W, 250W, 260W and Nuvi 7xx (where xx is a two-digit number)
These portable automotive GPS products were sold for use as aftermarket equipment and were also sold and installed as original equipment in certain passenger vehicles. These units contain third-party Lithium-Ion batteries manufactured in a certain date range. In rare circumstances the batteries contained in the affected GPS units can overheat.
Owners may contact Garmin’s Nuvi Battery Recall Information Line at 1-866-957-1981. Determine your Nuvi model number by looking at the label on the back or bottom of your Nuvi. You must provide this and other information to determine whether your Nuvi is affected by this recall.
