Install the Batteries. تثبيت بطاريات.
Remove the battery cover on the back by turning the D-ring counter clockwise and pulling the cover loose. إزالة غطاء البطارية على الظهر من خلال تحويل مد الشبكة عكس اتجاه عقارب الساعة وسحب غطاء فضفاض.

Turn the device on. تشغيل الجهاز.
A Welcome page will appear, followed by a Warning Page. سوف تظهر صفحة الترحيب، تليها تحذير ل.
Acknowledge these pages by pressing the "Page" key. تعترف هذه الصفحات عن طريق الضغط على مفتاح "صفحة".

Cycle through the five main display pages to familiarize yourself with the device's features. دورة من خلال صفحات الشاشة الرئيسية الخمس للتعرف على نفسك مع ميزات الجهاز.
Press either the "Page" or the "Quit" key to cycle. الصحافة إما "الصفحة" أو "إنهاء" مفتاح للدورة.

Initialize the GPS Receiver. تهيئة استقبال GPS.

Mark a waypoint. علامة على إحداثية.
Press and hold the Enter/Mark key. اضغط مع الاستمرار على مفتاح Enter / مارك.
The GPS 72 will capture its current location and display the Mark Waypoint page. سوف GPS 72 التقاط موقعه الحالي وعرض الصفحة كافة إحداثية.
Press Enter again to save the data. اضغط على Enter مرة أخرى لحفظ البيانات.
It will use default labels. فإنه سيتم استخدام التسميات الافتراضية.
Once you get more familiar with the device you can customize these labels. وبمجرد الحصول على أكثر دراية الجهاز يمكنك تخصيص هذه التسميات.

Begin walking. يبدأ المشي.

Start walking and as you begin the pointer will turn and point at your destination. يبدأ المشي وعندما تبدأ المؤشر سوف تتحول وجهة إلى وجهتك.
Turn the pointer until it is aligned with the vertical line in the compass ring. تحويل المؤشر حتى يتم محاذاة مع الخط العمودي في حلقة البوصلة.
Continue walking, and as soon as you have arrived at your destination the device will display a message alerting you that you are at your destination. مواصلة المشي، وبأسرع ما كنت قد وصلت إلى وجهتك الجهاز سيتم عرض رسالة تنبيه لك أن كنت في وجهتك.

Create a new route by highlighting "Routes" on the main menu and press "Enter," then, while the Routes page is displayed press "New" and then press "Enter." إنشاء طريق جديد من خلال تسليط الضوء "مسارات" في القائمة الرئيسية ثم اضغط على "أدخل"، ثم، في حين يتم عرض الصفحة الدروب اضغط على "جديد" ثم اضغط على "أدخل".

Make a few turns when walking back to your destination to see how the pointer reacts. جعل عدد قليل من المنعطفات عندما يسير عائدا إلى وجهتك لنرى كيف يتفاعل المؤشر.
